It’s an emotional investment as much as a financial one; an intimate process. It’s no wonder that many of our clients become close friends as a result of our collaboration. Design SERVICES

Full-Service Design + Project Execution

This is our most comprehensive offering, ideal for clients building new homes, undergoing major renovations, or furnishing entire spaces. It includes everything from pre-construction planning and house plan drafting to interior design, materials sourcing, and final styling. We collaborate directly with your builder and trades to ensure the design is fully integrated and executed with precision. Every detail—from layout and finishes to furnishings and decor—is thoughtfully curated and managed from start to finish.

Custom House Plan Drafting

Tailored residential blueprints, created in-house, that reflect both design intention and construction feasibility.

Interior Styling + Furnishings

Curated sourcing and placement of furniture, artwork, lighting, and decor to bring your space to life. Offered as a standalone service or as the final layer of a full-service project.

Virtual Design Consultations

One-on-one video sessions for layout advice, finish guidance, or sourcing questions. Perfect for DIY-minded clients or those outside the area.

Design Refresh or Room-by-Room Services

Targeted design for specific rooms or updates, including paint consultations, layout rework, or furniture updates.

All design fees are charged on a flat fee basis. Although the cost of construction for a project doesn’t determine the design fee, we find it’s a useful guideline in projecting the scope of work. Our fees are estimated at the start of the project based upon the potential size and complexity of the project and intended work. It’s extremely important that your budget aligns with both the square footage desired and the estimated cost per square foot to build. Some of the variance depends on the project complexity and the level of finish required.
