Full Service Design

For clients wanting both construction planning and finish selection guidance throughout the project. This service includes construction documents, finish and fixture selections, cabinetry direction, specification schedules, vendor coordination, and ongoing collaboration with builders and trades. Starting at $15,000 for remodels. Starting at $25,000 for new builds.

Design-Build Consulting

Our most involved level of service, designed for clients wanting comprehensive support from concept through construction. CMD works closely alongside homeowners, builders, trades, and vendors throughout the project, helping guide design decisions, budgeting, construction coordination, and overall project execution.
